FG Lanchester Armored Car

Hi all. Boy its been ages since I last posted. Here are a few things I have been working on.

First the Lanc armored car from Fiddlers Green. I started out by printing out the tan RNAS version, when my printer ran out of ink and I ended up with a half tan, half pink model. But I didnt let that stop me! After I had build it (and it was a remarkably easy build) I touched it up with some tan paint. The overall effect was so nice I decided to build the camo version. That one I probably went a bit overboard on the dirt.

The little boxes are actually from the FG Opel Blitz model, but they seem to look fine here as well. And I "opened" up the doors, by blackening in the originals and printing out a second sheet so I could have them in the open position. Oh and I tried my hand and building a little diorama of it stuck in the mud, but it didnt turn out too well; I think it was too flat looking. It needs somthing to give it a more 3D look.

Anyhoo, have a look and see what you think.

That third picture was before I really dirtied up the Lanc. Here is a picture of it in its final form.
