thnx guys
okay here is the first layer of paper mache (i know cheap and childish but the only thing available around here) and i also made a handle (not that good but it should work) also iam not making a guard for it (or at least i think it's called "guard") as i've seen this knife with an outlaw (while the police was arresting him) and it didn't have a "guard" so it's more local area style and now i have a problem how am i going to give it a metallic look (after a second layer of paper mache of course) i need suggestions people (the most simple one) to give it a metallic look as i've tried covering it with aluminum foil and didn't look good at all thnx ultra stone |

Paint is the answer, but others would be in a better position to tell you how to do it than me.

High temperature aluminum spray paint will give you a metal like finish. The surface has to be smooth. Maybe spraying some clear coats, then sanding lightly with extremely fine sand paper before spraying the aluminum pain gives a nice result. If you spray clear over the aluminum, it gives the appearance of the surface you see on a lot of silver Japanese motorcycle engines.

You could try to laminate it with household aluminium foil. You have to be very carefull when you glue it on, but you can't get a more realistic metal finish than with real metal. Plus you can polish it to any desired degree of shine. Just make sure that the surface is really smooth before, like Zathros pointed out. Hardening the paper before with superglue won't be a bad idea, too, as you'll have to press a bit against it.

Hi Ultra Stone,
Looks like you are off to a good start. Using some Super Glue to surface harden the paper will allow you to sand it smooth in preparation for either silver metallic paint or using aluminum foil to cover it as the others have advised you. The lack of a hilt or guard leads me to believe that the knife that you saw was probably a cobbled together job rather like what is called a "shiv" over here. One that is made in a home workshop to be easily concealed for one use then tossed away. Also the lack of a "blood groove" on the knife blade itself shows the one use theory of operation, not too concerned about being able to easily remove it once stuck in. While these two later developments show better engineering to allow repeated use, they no way affect the primary intended purpose.
