Halinski Wespe build

After a long and just plain lazy absence from modeling I decided to get back to it with this Wespe build. i was suppose to build a Karl Great along with John but I really don't want to steal his thunder Plus this just looked like a nice build to do. I will start I think by getting go going on the tracks and ease back into the pool. Here goes nothing will post some progress soon.

Don't be lazy duditz , start as soon as possible. This model is very nice, and I will also build it later.

Tracks looking good.

At least doing these first gets them out of the way.

Took a brake from the treads and decided to build the breach block. These are some picks of the start. This is my first Halinski build and the detail is just amazing. The breach block alone is 37 pieces!

That is a detailed breach block. It looks as if you are off to a great start. I look forward to seeing more of this model.

A side note: The Field Artillery Museum obtained a Wespe in 2011 that is being restored.
