Thanks whulsey.

Here I show you new pictures.

I'm building what we call in Spain "carro trasero" its approximate translation would rear carriage, and are the rear axles of the tractor.
This vehicle is very different from other vehicles, an axle with a differential that sends the wheel turning through four channels, GUAUUU awesome , but the model is very simplified and want to improve in three steps

Step 1

This step is already completed, is to provide relief to parts and remove the black areas. these actually represent the absence of metal and should see through them. First print other identical pieces to serve me support

The exploded and eliminated some areas to create the relief

Then join in the desired order

Now we just remove the black areas

When I build another one with the original part of the model and add pieces to look like it is solid, so it looks next to the original design

And so you see the mounted assembly

Steps 2 and 3 are not finished yet but I can show a preview.

Step 2 is easy to create the sprockets and toothed crowns, this is the prototype of the crown

Not very complicated but the crown is much thinner than the original design and will have to "invent" something about it

Step 3 chains.

I have already completed, it is not a difficult job but very laborious

Saludos y perdón por mi ingles

That's some mighty fine cutting there. The carro trasero is going to be a beauty.

FANTASTIC!!!!
The rear bogie looks awesome, it's very impressive.
Your additional work and custom drive chains take this model to the next level. I look forward to seeing more.

Nevermind, went back through and saw you had the laser cut parts. Note to self: if you ever get this kit, be sure to buy the laser parts also.

Hello whulsey.

The chain detail is this kid

Is a figure in one piece to be painted and has no gears and sprockets

With the dimensions of this piece I designed the components of the chain

The combination of these parts with a brass rod 0.5 millimeters in diameter up the string

The sprockets are also designed, definitive are these

This is an image of the first test of the parts already installed

wheels have also been designed by me

These are the pieces that compose

And this assembly diagram

All these parts are available to those who request them.

A greeting and thank you very much for your comments.

Manolo
