Thank you Don, Don and Whulsey for your kind words and continued support.
The trailer took me so long because my interest level was fading. The truck has improved my interest in this project (as I knew it would) so I am hoping to maintain a fairly constant pace both on it and here on the forum. I'm trying to show more detail during this phase, like I should have done for the trailer. greg

Attached is the mess that is parts 18 through 21.
Parts fit was much better than parts labeling. Yes I have some painting/marking to do to tidy things up. greg

Rear spring/ walking beam assembly (gets me up through part 30).
I still need to paint it but here it is. Part 28 is the shaft that goes across the frame to connect the springs. This part has several strips to wrap around it to increase diameter and trap the inner and outer brackets in place, so thought must go into the build sequence here. also the bends in the outer bracket are shown one way on the illustrations but must be bent opposite to fit correctly on the frame. greg

Progress has slowed. I blame it on the rest of my life keeping me from the work bench.
Anyway here is the finished front axle and the in progress rear axles. A few more detail diagrams for the rear axles would be helpful as some parts are not intuitive in their placement. The front axle was not really designed to have functional steering, but I went for it anyway. The tie rod assembly is a bit fragile though, so I don't know how long this feature will last before I glue it solid. Fit has remained good for the most part on these assemblies. greg

real life is allways getting in the way of a good modeling seshion but the axles look good.

Front axle looks great. Continue on....as 'real' life allows.

Rear axle assemblies are finally done. I still have suspension links to build then I can install all the axles and flip the frame over before beginning the engine assembly.
A few of the smaller parts were not called out on the diagrams so I had to puzzle out their locations. Overall, fit was still rather good. greg
