Looking good, Johnny. A question on the machine gun - is each rib along the length of the barrel a seperate doughnut shaped piece of paper?

The machinegun is not made of paper....shhhh but something i got from Modelhobby

The drivewheel

Drawing

Parts to be used

Parts for one wheel are cutted and ready for assembly

One wheel done
Wheel are very well designed, so there are no tricky parts here.

And i just had to try the caterpillars on the wheel

Every part fits 100% I just love the models from Draf!!

Looks excellant Johnny! Those side strips were usually just thin sheet metal fenders and were usually bent up. down dented orr plain ripped thru. with this vehicles modest weathering it would look a bit strange if there were perfectly straight.

Nothing to be ashamed of. I guess the hand of the modeler gives the model its inner nature... Plastic modelers have more aftermarket parts than not... decals, wheels, photo-etch, landing gear, and even same parts from the kit!

Enough said. This one is on the right track... (no pun intended).

Outstanding work John. A Great design as well! Love that shot of the drive wheel meshing perfectly with the track!

I also work on this model. Watching ur show made me to order laser parts, too.
I got them just yesterday, and I must say photos don't show the quality of them.
I started to build my model again , and now it is a pure pleasure, fitting of the elements is perfect!
