World of Tanks T-54

My third model of WOT, the T-54, according to find out the medium tank more manufactured and sold in history, as well as the one that in more conflicts belicos participated. In its superior time to any other medium tank. Still in service in some countries his latest versions. If it is not correct correct me. The model comes in a single version, it seems designed for a game, because there is a page with a piece repeated 31 times, the different are its symbols. It does not seem very difficult, maybe the turret for its form. It does not have many details but these models until the simplest version are a small work of art as Darren and Kevin said. First chassis and body, the usual, reinforcements to give rigidity and align everything well

Angry

The sides. Here I comment, before my buildings were mostly airplanes, the white edges usually resolves them with a black marker. In these models that does not work well, even in the instructions it says. With common pencils with the tip Wet I achieve a good result. First I paint where the color is the same, the other shades I mix until I achieve something similar. Although it is not perfect the result is very good. With the practice I will improve.

Some details and the train of rodaje.Aqui lights and shadows are not appreciated, if a discoloration in the wheels, so it is necessary to pay attention before hitting, number them and thus avoid errors. That is all there is not much time available. Thanks

Nice progress Sergio. you're moving right along. Yes, gray can blend in with many colors. I prefer it to paint as the gray blends in nicely without much trouble on my part. I have 3 colored pencils that I use - light gray, medium gray and dark gray. That's all I ever use for edge coloring and you'd be hard put to tell that I used gray.

Looking good, Sergio. I will be following along with interest. I really like the coiled paper idea as a strengthener/filler (rather than bulkheads) and will use it in my future projects. I use a cheap children's water color set for edge coloring - I managed to find one with mostly earth tones rather than garish primary colors, but I quickly used up the black color disc (grey is my favorite edge color for armor also, Elliot). I just refill the disc as needed from a tube of black water color and let it harden - easy peasy.

Elliot, Don, thank you very much. My pencils are also the ones that children use at school, simple, economical and very effective. The black is the most used one, exercising more or less pressure with different grays and then I apply the color that I need, eg green, orange, brown, etc, I'm mixing over the edge to get a similar tone. It is very entertaining, somewhat laborious but I think it is fundamental to get an acceptable job. With practice I will improve the quality of completion. The system of reinforcements in spiral is very simple and effective, with the leftovers of the printed sheets are cut to the right size, rolled and glued. For wheels is very good, prevents them from sinking inwards and in wheels without tabs, for example in the Zio models, they serve as support and it is very easy to close them.

Greetings, a little more than T-54, the chains with the method already adopted and I really like the resultado.Como assumed the turret is a little close to the provistas.Las dificil.Primero top and bottom flanges come to paste singing with singing, this I do not like so using the guide parts make tabs, it is easier to close the turret.
