Thank you Sergio and Elliott for your kind words!
For today I wanted to have the Hispano-Suiza finished, but it won't be, there's a small detail left for it to be done, the MG. Last details added were the wheels and turret. The original wheels were of drum design, but I switched to the layered type, which provide a better finish for small scales. For the turret, I improved the original model's one, which had a simplified flat roof instead of the slightly vaulted of the real design. For this I modified the turret's pieces including a conical segment to rise the turret roof. Hope tho have the final pics for tomorrow. Regards! |

Very well done Pablo, the wheels are so much better on these scales. We look forward to the end.

Wonderful pictorial thread. This will really help with the assembly of the models. I plan on building the Benach Tractor in 1/50 scale, and I have already enlarged the parts and arranged them on 2 letter sized pages. The resolution is low (96 pixels/inch) on the original 1/72 scale kit, and enlarging the parts didn't help their clarity, but I think I can improve the resulting files with Photoshop.

Thanks to all that followed this thread, and specially to those kind enough to drop some support messages!
And the last detail is in place, but not the original one; as somehow I discarded the piece of paper where it was printed and had to made a new one from some scrap wire. More to follow soon! Best regards and enjoy paper! |
