Thank you Kevin

Glue the outer part onto the axles and fix the wheels with pins ... to dry the vehicle is now placed on its own wheels
Now glue the small rolls

Yours sincerely
Kurt

Kevin , yes I do !!

Now the chains - I do not like the simple version. First, carve the individual limbs, then glue together.
Color the edges after cutting out and "wear off" with chalk in shades of gray and brown
800 holes are cut out! Now put on the chain step by step.
Ready for the first test drive

Yours sincerely
Kurt

This is the point where I was expecting you: I was sure you wouldn't have accepted a "simple" solution for the threads. Looking to the main wheels I noticed they have teeth only in the exposed section of the circumference so I was afraid the model was intended to have only "closed" threads. But if they give the option to open all the holes why the wheel is not also available with all the teeth around the whole circumference?

Another question: aren't provided the "spines" in the internal side of the thread? They are an important feature in the general look of this subject. Perhaps it won't be too hard to scratch build them if they aren't included by the manufacturer.

Ciao Tonino ,
The chains are actually only intended quite simply, so the gears are not completely available.
I left it that way because I would not have got the gears through the chain holes.

Now prepare the teeth for the chain guide ... and glue
The antenna ... placed
This is followed by the headlights ... which are attached to the bracket

I was sure the work on threads was still in progress and not completed yet!

Wonderful result! Very impressive for a paper tank in this scale!

Great Kurt!

I was so happy to see the track guides. They provide a level of realism that is often neglected. My armor model builds are primarily 1/50 scale, and kits in that scale rarely feature them. IMHO, that is a major weakness in my models. In smaller scale kits, more often than not the paired road wheels are a simple wide cylinder with the space between the wheels suggested with a black strip. This makes track guides an impossibility without major modifications and scratch building. Even when the paired road wheels are separated, as in the more detailed 1/50 WOT kits, track guides are not always provided.
