Fantastic work as always, Igor! The rectangular box might well be for storage of maps. After all, the commander needs to direct the driver. Pretty sure that the driver didn't really have much opportunity to hold the map and drive at the same time. Definitely not for a portable navigation system ....

I like that storage box makes turret looks balanced :D

First part of the gun is semi-automatic breech block






It has interesting power structure and consists of several subparts:
breech block, connecting ears and breech lock





Ready
Notice yellow cylinder that houses spring that actuates semi-automatic breech
