Panzerkleinzerstörer "Rutscher" (E-5)

Hello friends!

I am starting a new project.
I decided to make the Panzerkleinzerstörer "Rutscher", also called in some places E-5 Rutscher.
Because some sites, claim that the Rutsccher is part of the "E" tank family.
The main description of this tank would be a direct support to the infantry groups.
I made the tank based on the photos of the prototype, as well as on the photos of the existing plastic model.

It is being made in 1:25 scale, and the final height is approximately 60mm.
The wheels and the tracks, I'm doing as reference the Sd.kfz 250.

The camouflage I intend to do in disc pattern, like this one.

Initially I assembled the tank frame. I hope to bring more details in the post.

Regards.

Hello everyone.

Continuing the Rutscher build.

In the last days I did few things regarding the details of the tank.

I did the rear wheels - I didn't like them very much.

The front wheels are finished too.
-rutscher-14-.jpg

And the road wheels are all done.
-rutscher-12-.jpg

Finalized fenders.

The cannon was also done and already tested directly on the tank.

And of course I glued the tank cover.

I am happy with the result for now.
I admit that there are some defects that I don't like. Mainly in the rear wheel, but I won't mess, because then I'll be looking for more defects and I won't advance in the project.

I don't mind the hydrographic pen marks (it was a test) on the wheels, because in the future, I intend to paint them with airbrush.
This disc camouflage, I did as a test to see if I could do it.

Well, that's it.

Regards.

Hello modellers,

After a long time, I managed to finish E-5. The assembly was fast, the difficult was to find time to give sequence to finish the model.

Here is the final result. And a comparison with SU-100Y and E-25.

Regards
