Very nice job. Super clean build. I have all of Alex's models, although I haven't printed and built any of them yet.

thanks don, if they are all like the armoured car they will be a joy to make, like all novices to paper models the one thing I still struggle with is cutting perfect circles for wheels, turrets and the like, I do have a circle cutter but struggle with getting it aligned dead centre if the designer hasn't put a small cross hair in the centre. so usually have to resort to a small pair of scissors and shaky hands lol

Circles can be a challenge to freehand. I find I have better luck with a scalpel than I do with scissors. After modeling armor for a while, I realized that my scalpel cut interior circles (a revolving turret ring hole, for instance) came out nicer than the scissor cut exterior circles (turret tops, road wheels, etc). Just make sure that the cut line isn't obscured by the blade. I'm right handed, and I cut interior circles counter clockwise, starting on the left side of the circle. I cut exterior circles clockwise, starting on the right side. It would be the opposite for a left handed person.

Magnificent work again! As Don I find the blade more comfortable than the scissors, I am left-handed and cut back, just to have the line of sight in sight.

Tonights update is a previously posted one in a different thread but I have included in this one as well.
Its a 1:50th scale model of one of New Zealands only native tank designs , the Bob Semple tank (or Bob) which was basically a D8 bulldozer with concrete and roofing iron armour and armed with up to 6 bren guns. this one is scratch built with a few modified Wopt tracks and bits and bobs.

Excellent work! It looks like a well designed kit. One would never guess from the photo that it was entirely built from scratch.

this ones an early one that was printed on a colour laser printer ... not the best thing to print models out on as It kept flaking bits of colour on every bend.
1:50th scale War Thunder Ferdinand Elefant.

Very nice work, as always. I've built that kit, with a few modifications. There's a thread on it in here somewhere. The author's name is Vadim Tarasov (one of my VK friends), and he was only 14 when he designed this model. Quite the prodigy.

Another one of my early attempts printed out using a colour laser, the WoPT M10 Hellcat, back when I was starting out I tended to choose the basic version of WoPT's tanks, so this one is a little basic.
