1/50 Hitler's Mercedes-Benz 770K (W150)

I'm working on another 1/50 project. This time it's fully from scratch.
Probably the most infamous, evil vehicle of WWII.
Hitler's Mercedes-Benz 770K (W150)...

I guess every WWII and history enthusiast knows this car from the documentaries.
A magnificent, beautiful piece of engineering that has become a symbol of Third Reich.

It's simply a fascinating vehicle and extremely important part of history.

I have to admit that I never thought I would ever build it in paper. All those shapes seemed to be really hard to capture and recreate. But couple days ago, the idea of building the Hitler's 770K came back to my head and I started to study this vehicle very carefully. Surprisingly, I realized it's possible to build this M-B in 1/50 and what's more, it should look pretty good too! So I prepared all the data, collected photos, etc. and did the first serious steps yesterday. Today I continued my work.
In the attachments you can see what has been done so far.

The model is definitely a little difficult but I'm optimistic.
Wish me luck!

Here's the new update.
I've installed the side windows and the interior sides.
Floor has been also glued on a cardboard. Tomorrow I hope to make the textures for it and maybe some other things as well.

Excellent progress. What glue do you use for Kacper transparencies?

Mercedes Benz G4 W31

@Vinalssergio,

Have you considered the bullet proof big brother the G4 W31:

Ironic that Mercedes-Benz went to the trouble of making the vehicle bulletproof whose purpose was defeated by Hitler's propensity for standing up in the front right seat so he could take in the assembled crowd. There's a handle on the upper right-center section of the windshield so he could hold on with his left hand while giving the royal wave with his right. I believe this was a feature on all the "parade" cars...,

That's an interesting question.
Here I use the PVA glue and to my surprise, it works very well!
But what's important, I apply very thin layers of it. Keep that in mind.

I wanted to avoid using the CA glue because we all know how much mess it can make...
