M3 Lee, in 1/50, WoT design.
Greetings.
The M3 from WoT is very interesting, something like 300 pieces, and let's say not difficult but it takes its work. The great design as always, the fabulous known textures, with lights, shadows, wear, dents, etc, although the prints that I got are not good, even the color looks different. I still look good although color and textures make it lose quality. I chose the detailed version as usual and took many photos of the montage that might be useful to someone, I don't think I'm finished publish today, as there are more than 100 photos. The helmet is not the classic "box", it is a little more complex. In this part a lot of reinforcement with cardboard. |

Now the most laborious part, the running gear. Something that takes a lot of work is to set the drive wheels, as they come black giving the option of pierce or pierce them or leaving them like that.
I think that in the detailed version it would be better if they were white to facilitate calado. Of course, for those with good vision it is not a problem, for those of us who have problems it is more difficult. There is a lot of work here. |

More work at this stage.
I made the chains with the usual thread system, except that this time I rolled the links into cardboard to give them more thickness as they looked very thin. Last edited by Vinalssergio155; 02-07-2021 at 06:52 PM. Reason: Error |

And the finished model. A magnificent design, very fun and relaxing. In this model instead of using wire I managed to build very thin rolls of paper that gave me great results. Greetings, I hope you like it and take care of yourself.

Bravo! A fine looking Lee. WoPT manages to put a tremendous amount of detail in a small package. The parts count in this kit is comparable to many 1/25 scale armor kits. Great job, Sergio.
