Domes i first shape with stick tool, which has steel ball on the end, then i fix the top of dome with a bit of glue and finally from inside, with thuck PVA glue. Leave for a moment to dry a then make a final shape.
Thanks for the explanation!

Awesome work Johnny. I'm looking forward to see what you have planned for the chain drive. I can only imagine it will be nothing less than spectacular.

Thank you. I appreciate it. I am in bad mood now. Even the result shall be worthy for me, it takes me a lot of energy to make adjustments. For examle, these days i fight with Nr. 43 on rear axles, and took me almost three days. Just one part - two prototypes are in paperheaven, and we have a winner.

Photo soon.

It's OK to be frustrated especially when you are custom building many of the kit's original parts. I recall how long it took me to build this kit without any modifications at all (other than the tires). It will all be worth it in the end.

Little update. As I was already bored with desiging, cutting and prototypinig gears, which re going to be followed by chains, i made a little break by making working stand for the whole frame. Also added another nonpaper details and tried gears. I wanted to know, how they will fit on axles.

Managed to finish first axle chain. I didnīt make it movable but glued altogether piece by piece following original shape. Single chaink links are very small and was difficult for me to do it nice and working. In one place it is disconected to make casual adjustments at final setup.
