I have no objection to putting recolours or rescales on the Landships II website.

Landships II content is Creative Commons so you can do with it what you will -except sell it commercially or incorporate it into a commercial product.

Rescaling upwards is always a bit fraught. I find the scaling algorithms in Gimp are pretty good - the trick in Gimp is to increase the Pixels/inch at the original scale before attempting to increase the size of the image.
