I am trying to do photos of when doing parts to show whats happening I know photos or better than trying to explain things. However I did make a blunder already and to late to fix it up. have to fold twice. I only folded once which is a silly mistake really and hope it doesn't mean bigger problems.

hi doctormax
just picked up on your thread. thought of doing this kit. good explanation of your build. looks like its really testing you due to the instructions. i have had a few kits in the past with the same problem, just have to study the "destructions" and get them in your head before you start. i'll be cheeky and watch your thread just in case i get the kit looking good so far, "faster, faster". :D

well back at the colt today, after a bit of a break from it and so what have i done well i thought do the grips mainly because i like the idea of doing the grips next before the trigger guard and the other parts. i don't like wearing the reading glasses still

while not sure if this is the way to do the part it is the way I try to do the trigger guard anyway. As they say there is no one way to do things but many...

I need to steal some picnic basket to tide me over in this cold spell minus 3 and snowing right now in Dublin..

this is the first one ive seen finished. thank you. i learned a lot from this one and like to think it helped make the others better. a little paint and it would be hard to tell it was paper!
