what do you do when this happens?
I´m not sure if this is the place to ask this..sorry if my wrong....what do you do when this happens? the first image i practically dont know what to do...and the second image i cut the line and glue it with the other one but there is no extra edge (not sure how you call the part´s to link to the other part with the same edge name) ....so what do I do? (I circle the pictures in red, the places that im talking about)

I would just skip it and use a but join -_- do you know what that is? its like taping a strip behind on the inside after gluing the edges butt to butt together and then glue a strip over it like the tape. makes a pretty good join.

Urgh, I recognize that. It is from Pepakura, the numbers are the edge ID's. Basicly, the model is unfolded badly and hasn't been optimized for unfolding. It tries to flatten nearly flat sections, leaving you with impossible to make cuts and hard to make folds and joints. It would help if you told us what you are making and maybe even supply the neccessary files.

I just opened the file
in Pepakura Viewer, there is a button with 123 on it, if you unclick that, those numbers will disappear

Like legion mentioned it appears to be a bad unfolding.
In this picture you will see some dashed fold lines very close to some solid cut lines. If you zoom in on the 2D window of the PDO that situation is noticable throughout the model. If you cut along the solid lines and fold the dashed lines, the fold will form a glue tab. It would be best to just cut the dashed lines and the solid lines then join the edges using a glue strip like spaceagent-9 suggested. The 850 edge is an example of some bad rendering since the fold line is melded with the cut line. This picture shows the corresponding areas between the 2D window and the 3D window. The cut along edges 962 and 954 is highlighted. Note the almost imperceptible dashed fold lines. It appears to be an area where a slight curve of the parts is needed. That small triangle appears to be a left over piece that is not needed. The large triangles are glue tabs for joining to another part. Again it appears that glue strips would be a better option along edges like 962, 954, and 964. And again that situation is present throughout the model. Hope this helps some.

Okay, I opened that file and it is just 1 big MESS. The 'designer' didn't even BOTHER to change the unfold after pressing the unfold button...
In the first picture is the unedited file, the in the second image i edited the outside of the ears only. I'll try to edit it a bit more, to make it remotely buildable. I have a slight hate for unfolds like these... Despite the model being cool, the unfolder doesn't even put effort in his work.

Okay, I totally went out there and finished the clean up. I haven't done the tabs yet, but damn, it looks buildable now!
I suggest using tab strips and/or scotchtape to assemble it. And starting with the nose and eyes, as those are the hardest parts. I'll link the file later.
