Nf-104a

I'm starting to build this one, it's Kancho,Ashruner and Nobi's NF 104 A, a Starfighter with a twist...It could get so high that the pilots wher weightless..
Chuck Yeager crashed one one the way down..
It's a free download, but I don't know where you can get it at this time, but maybe Ashrunner knows the place.
It looks ok, comes with nice information and one of the clearest instructions I've ever seen..

Cheers, Billy

With one 6000-pound thrust liquid fuel rocket engine and a couple of very small wings......it's basically a rocket
This highly modified starfighter was a beast!!

Looking forward to see your build of that one Billy!!

The way the model is made is onorthodox, one big central shape, were you glue the rest of body parts onto..

Yes this is one of Kancho's first models and a great re-design/modification/re-color by Ash..........

I like the silver paper.

Ahh, yes. I should look real good on the silver paper. Maybe a glossy photo paper for the wings and it would really shine. 8v)

The model is available at the Lower Hudson Valley Learning Center download section located here.

It's about 2/3rds the way down the page.

This is one that is on my "to-do" list so I'll be following this build with interest. I especially like the silver paper.

I realy like the metallic paper, it's from the Letraset company,A pitty it isn't available in my local artsurplies-store anymore, luckily I have printed al lot of my models already...
I'm going to add a little extra detail, making a clear canopy; just building the part of the cockpit again, and use it for a mold.
Cheers, Billy
