I just received a link to a video of one of my former US Army War College students , then-Captain Mike Seeley, flying an OV-1 mission in Vietnam in 1969. It seemed appropriate to post it here and give a bump to Chiawat's thread and model: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcRa...ature=youtu.be

Here are pics of an OV-1 that was "visiting" Chu Lai in 1970. I could tell you about all the sensor for detecting people and even water buffaloes on the Ho Chi Minh trail but then I would have to silence you.

The Mohawk is in the queue of Murph's to-do list. Perhaps he should allow the Mohawk to jump queue.

I probably could. I've got it to here. Just need to unroll it.

I for one would sure like to see the Mohawk finished.. I worked on them for several years in the Army Guard.. Mainly the OV-1D with the large SLAR boom on the right side.

This needs to happen. The Mohawk has such a utilitarian look to it.
