And he is complaining loudly that there is no padding on his doggone seat :D

Fitting pilot figures into the cockpits sometimes require some sacrifices for both figure and the cockpit but having little guy wave at you from the completed plane is priceless

I'm just let him complain

But I'm happy about how ell he fits into the cockpit.
I only had to remove the pedals and the seatbelts to have him inside.
And check his grip on the stick!! It looks like he was made for that cockpit

It's WW2 RAF practice - the pilot sat on his parachute. There usually was a layer of padding on the top of the chute pack to sit on. The seat was a metal shell with a "bucket" at the bottom to put the chute in.

I know that, but this poor fella has no chute

PJ figures are excellent and I really hope that they will add Japanese pilot in 1:32 scale in the near future.....

The pilot does add a lot to an already excellent model.

The skinning have started.

It looks that the fit is very good

Some more sections on the front is put on.

Next is the air inlet in the front that doesn't show anywhere on the drawings...So I'm not quite sure how far back it's supposed to be.
But I make the remaining segments and maybe it will fit somwhere when they are put together.
