Papermate,

Your work at that scale is just magic!
It beats some of the stuff that can be bought from stores.

Thank you Paper for the Lear. I once made a plastic model of that aircraft. Placed it on a stained piece of wood with a name plate on it and everything. It was a gift for a close friend who felt the same way I did about the plane. When I was working at S.F. International airport I was able to get her access to the pilots seat on the company Lear. The hard part was getting her out. She just didn't want to give it up. I know how she felt. Very nice work, very nice. wc

Thank you very much for your encouragement and compliments, Firewing, cafe, DT and waddy. I'll be posting pics of the Learjets on a separate thread.

Hi guys, I've started a new thread OBP Planes in 1/72 so that you can have a look there. This is not to say that I'm stopping 1/200 builds but kinda slowing down a bit.

Paper I'm not sure if I have asked this question before so if I have please excuse a poor memory. Is the Grumman F2F Duck in any of your plan to build? It is US Navy airplane but not US aircraft carrier listed. It’s a hard build for me at least. Then comes the next question for your navel model aircraft build, are you limiting yourself to modern day aircraft only? I ask this question because there are several WWII navel aircraft of WWII on all sides. Does this idea open any doors for you? Just throwing an idea out there Paper for you to ponder if you haven’t already. wc

Wad, I think you mean the J2F Duck amphibian. The F2F was a fighter.
