For a change, to say something negative, however I cannot. Your standards are secure and you make a cracking model still. Dood done good.

Very nice, the Fairey family keeps growing, how about Gerry's Albacore?
With my highest admiration! |

Thank you, my friends, for your encouragements.
Albacore? Why not, another bi-plane, good stuff. Papermate |

And here's the WIP pics of the Alabcore. The arrestor hook was cut out of the fuselage and the inside patched up with a piece of scrap paper painted black.

No.120 Fairey Albacore Mk I, FAA Home Fleet, 1940-42, by Gerry 1966
The last one should read No.119. So, the next one from the Fairey family is the Albacore MkI, FAA, Home Fleet 1940-42, designed by Gerry, thanks again. His original scale is 1/400. I have added extra parts like the wing supporting struts near the fuselage, air scoops top and under, rear machine gun, antennae, rigging and spinning props to give justice to Gerry's design.
Enjoy the views, will ya? Family photo? Well, it's gotta wait to gather them around. Papermate |

Jealousy is a terrible thing consider all the great masters in this site!
Better to admire them and let them be our inspiration for improving our modeling or designing or recoloring skills. The plane looks great, and honor to the builder and the designer. ps: secretly I also feel a little jealousy, but I bite my tongue. |
