Okay, it's time the Aussi came up to show something. No. 9 is Macchi 326h by LadnDad from Ecardmodel. Also my first paid kit in this series. Original scale is 1/48, now reduced to 1/200. The Macchi of RAAF served from 1965 till 1972. According to LadnDad, Macchi's were flown by the acrobatic teams, the Telstars from 1988 and the Roulettes from 1970 to 1990. To me it resembles the Shooting Star to some extent. Oh sorry skipped the build pic in the build process.

could you perchance link to the free models, I would love to build a few of these. especially since I have a 1/200 scale Aircraft Carrier that these would look great on.

More nice work papermate! I really enjoy seeing the small builds.

@DR, have you checked out the "Links" tab at the top of the page? It contains alot of links to models.

Also, almost any kit can be scaled down to your desired scale, they don't have to start out at 1/200.
There are a number of threads posted on that topic. I myself, rescale almost everything down to 1/144.
If I have a printed kit I want to rescale, I just scan it, then print at my desired scale.

I grabbed all the 1/200 scales there. I never was good at rescaling, need more practice, but for now, these will do just fine

Thanks

How can this be without F-18 Hornet in this series? So no. 10 is Stahlhart's Hornet, the Fighting Omar. I like the camo pattern which is fascinating and matching with the colour tone of the previous Macchio.

There's only one build pic in the early stage of the build process. There are more pic of the finished build but I'm limiting to ten as usual.

Your models are excellent, papermate! I especially liked the S2. I had one flight in one of those in 1972. It was the hack aircraft of the Navy pilots assigned to the Untied Nations Command staff in Korea and a buddy of mine let me fly along on a flight from Seoul to Pusan and back. They still referred to the airplane as the "Stoof" because of its original S2F designation. Your beautiful little model brought back some happy memories and caused me to gaze in awe at your skill in reproducing these vehicles and aircraft in such a small scale.
