OK, almost ready to go. Just the props (spinning I hope), landing gears and final touch-up
are pending. The rear of the radome stand doesn't fit too good so trimmed it off and replaced it with a single support strut. Will show more details when it is finally up. Papermate |

Oops, just double checked with Bruno's Tracer and found that I have messed up with the
position of the radome stand. I did it the other way round. Well, have to re-do this part. Papermate |

Once again a building description would have helped, wouldn't it.
But that would take my time off making new models. Note that the strut is indeed backwards and that the poles at the back should be glued together. Well, best is to look at some pictures to make sure. Nice clean model. and marvelous engines. Bruno |

No.88, Grumman E1 Tracer, by Bruno, originally 1/300 is now up.
The Tracer (1956) came into being about the same period of the S2 Tracker (1952) and they are both my favourites. The Tracker was No. 1 in this series. A BIG thank you to Bruno, without whom this Tracer will never be seen in the papermodeling world. OK, keep it short and here are the finished pictures. Add-ons are quite a few and see if you can find them from these photos. Whenever I look at the radome, I always relate it to the mouse I used. Papermate |

Excellent buid as always. Did you have to put much weight in the nose?

I see you correctly added the two extra struts under the radome. These did elude me when I designed the model or at least their correct position did.
As always I feel honored by the extraordinary results you obtain on my simple models. Bruno |

Yes, Carlos, I did put a couple of fishing lead beads in the nose as counter-weight, or else,
the Tracer will be sitting on her tail. Thanks, Dave, for your appreciation. Bruno, your models can be simple but they do stimulate and aspire me to something more when I start building them. Thanks again for your generosity of sharing with us. Papermate |
