Thanks Michael,

Interesting little procedure, so is that a commercially produced canopy in clear plastic or did you pull it out over a plug you made after heating up some clear thermo-form plastic? I have done that sort of thing in the past for large scale plane models in styrene, just never have for a card model yet.

Hi treadhead1952
The canopy is commercially produced for this model from issuer of a model.

:(

I am really sorry but i have to stop my work on this model. I accidently dropped it on the motor on the floor.
This damage could be possible repaired but also some inside parts have divided from the model.
So i will have to start over again. Unfortunately i'm not in the mood for that right now but i will get back to Hayata someday in the future for sure.
Thanx a lot for all your comment and i'll see you again by the construction of another model.

So sorry to hear that bad news

In any case it has been a real pleasure to see the advances in this model.
You are a wonderful modelist, and I enjoyed a lot watching this thread.

And am sure a lot of people also enjoyed it.

Thanks a lot for sharing this jewel with us, and see you in another thread
with another model of yours. That no doubt will be incredible too

Wow -- I am really sorry to hear about your accident. I dropped my PWS Z-17 in a similar manner, so I can relate to how frustrating that is. Maybe in a few days you might feel better about attempting a repair? Whatever you choose to do, it will be a pleasure to see you at work again.

Cheers!

Ouch!
I really hope that not all is lost and you will be able to repair/replace damaged parts and continue this most excellent build.

Maybe you could make it a crashed airplane, and salvage what can be salvaged. Anyway, I am really sorry that it all stopped here, and wish you better luck with your next models
