WZ-X Polish Biplane from Cardplane

I visit here regularly but do not post very often as I am busy with a spanish cardmodel forum and find it hard to keep up on 2 at a time.

I found this model from a thread here and decided to build it. Here is the location again, Modele Kartonowe (CardPlane) These are the finished photos, the build thread is at Modelismo en Papel

The model is excellent, I found 2 small errors and sent them to Lech, and received thanks from him.

Here are some of the finished pictures:

I hope you enjoy this model. It is the first time I have build a plane with paper and learned quite a bit from it. I am now working on the Bartel BM-6a, another free model from the CardPlane site.

David,

Super build! Clean. Interesting plane.
I like the offerings at CardPlane - both free and commercial.

The rigging is spectacular. Fine job on the little "cleats" that hold it. Is it thread or fine wire?

Going to check out the build.
Thanks for showing your work.

It's fantastic David - first time building card model aircraft, or first time building a card model of any subject? You're a real craftsman!

Thank you all. Lech has some wonderful models on his site, both free and paid.

jagolden1: I used brown rigging thread for wooden models. The cleats on the wings are part of the design as well as the anchor points on the rudder and elevators.

akremedy: My first aircraft build. I have a vehicle (Tatra Dakar truck) and a boat (Digital Navy Lilly Weneda) on this forum and many other vehicles that I have not shown on this forum. The are on the Spanish forum I mentioned for the build.

Thanks all again.
