Bell X 1C

Kampflieger published this 1:33 model by his associate Pavel Kohno, a must for all X plane lovers; it looks really good, I see an other metallic paper candidate coming up. It shouldn't be too hard to recolor it to the other variations like the X-1 A & B...or Roman can talk to Pavel about it...

The Bell X 1C is very interesting. Where can I find it? I looked on Der Kampflieger's website but could not find where it is listed. Thanks.

I'm on Roman's mailing list, so I got it right after this mail;

Pavel Kohno just finished the 1/33 Bell X-1C, the most detailed model that I ever have seen!

The X-1C (serial 48-1387) was intended to test armaments and munitions in the high transonic and supersonic flight regimes. It was canceled while still in the mock-up stage, as the birth of transonic and supersonic-capable aircraft like the North American F-86 Sabre and the North American F-100 Super Sabre eliminated the need for a dedicated experimental test platform.

Look at attach, you could see the model instruction.

Price of the model is $9.50.

To get the X-1C please, send the payment at [email protected] PayPal account and point "Bell X-1C" in the comments block.

Regards,
Roman.
