Very attractive model. These are such interesting birds, particularly in their historical context. Bet they were fun to have until you cracked up in the middle of nowhere. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Thanks! Bought the paper online. Think the site was called "real wood paper". I used a laser jet printer so I wouldn't have any issues with the ink running.

After building the Fiddler's Green S-38 and S-39, I hankered mightily for the S-40. An even more challenging model to design, I quickly found. There are two paper models that I know of, the bobcardsmodels version, and very recently, the beautiful S-40 that Aaron Murphy designed. I find Aaron's models captures the graceful curves of the hull rather better than the other. Here it is now at ecardmodels.com: https://ecardmodels.com/product/1-63...er-paper-model
And then, there is the S-42. For that, the 1:100 Scissorsandplanes model is a good one. I recently experimented with building it at 1:50 It enlarged very well. Then there is the S-43 Baby Clipper, and the giant S-44 which await the intrepid designer. Will post pictures when I have a bit more spare time.
