Ecardmodels, jim bede, bd-5

Picked this one up from ecardmodels yesterday. BD-5....It said it was a B&W verson however turn out green?? The first picture is build #2!!! Build #1, I tried to do the canopy with clear packing tape and internal glue strips! Awful So the rest of the pictures are build #3, with my version of the cockpit and clear canopy Now ready for build #4 if I can get my buddy Gary, do me a new paint job As you can see I still haven't mastered the peddles thing Wish I could come up with something else????

gosh those are so neat in real life. who woulndt want to be a pilot?
i like it. its small and a reminder that now, the average man can get in his personal plane and fly to the city to work.

Great work Bob! That's a neat little cockpit for sure. As a note, I'm pretty sure Murph had on there somewhere that the model was made in OD Green. I can see how it would be easy to think it was B&W.

No. I forgot to rename the files when I transferred them from the black and white folder to the version folder.

If you want a version done, just send me pics, and I'll draw it up. The requester gets it free, then it goes up to ecardmodels.

The model's description on it's catalog page points out that the base texture color is OD green.

Your correct!!! I missed that I'd e-mailed azguy about doin a Bond version, then discovered it was already done and downloadable here..
