Thank you Lex. In fact I think the F4U Corsair had more pieces and difficulty than this one so far.

Looking great Gerardo!
I really love F-16's, and ruined my first attempt from a Maly kit. They're releasing a new version though, so I'll get to try again. Hope it comes close to this one for sure.

Thanks Kuba, Don.
Yes, Maly has been releasing very detailed models lately. I have one of the last F-14, and it has many little detailed pieces. |

And now, let's continue with the horizontal stabilizers.
The pieces are simple, just formers and the elevator pieces. The real trick here is to put them in the correct angle, as the elevators have a slight negative dihedral angle, and when flying the whole body of the elevator goes up or down. Another thing I noticed is that the kit specifies to put the elevators in line with the break pieces (the pieces next to the engine). But it is not the correct place. It has to go in line with the engine nozzle instead. Nothing critical here. |

Thank you friends.
I haven't posted anything because it seems that photobucket.com, the site where my photos are stored, was HACKED!!! So not possible to upload/download photos. Maybe tomorrow, I hope. |
