Coming along very nicely, Boats, sir.

Small question if I may.
Pic 3 of your last post seems to not show the mg trough for the breech in the cockpit firewall. Does the kit not include this detail?

I'm curious, because I don't recall the A6M3 as missing that feature, whereas the A6m5 certainly did in some iterations of the later production series.

Kind and Respectful Regards Boats my friend, Uyraell.

Worry not: Boats adds fine details to his kits as he builds them.
I've followed several of his build threads, and his level of detailing can easily put many to shame, including my humble self.

Kind and Respectful Regards, Uyraell.

Canopy cockpit detail and rudder assembly

Ahoy
ere is the update for the night been at pretty much durring the day.as for the build I detailed and finished the cockpit by adding dial cosols throttle quadrants electrical box,s trim tab wheel and seat belts i added the tail as well no fit issues to the rudder assembly i added the spar that came with the kit.I cutted out the canopy I used packing tape for the plexi glass it works well. i spent 2 hours burnishing down the fuselage and gave it two coats of krylon clear. For the machine gun openings i cutted out the white area and and edged in the cutouts with black marker tommorw i will add the machine gun slotts and the guns as well and finish up the fuselage by adding the tailfeather and tail wheel and radio mast. here are the updates for the night.

It is hoped you all had a very safe fourth of July. we had a cook out my kids and grand kids came over and we burned steaks this is the first time i had steak in a year the cost of beef and food i am wondering when it will be time to eat dogfood.

fuselage completed

Ahoy
here are the update picture for now have more this evening. just completed the fuselage assembly and the remainder tail feathers and tailwheel installation. I will fill in the gun openings and the machine guns in a later step. Next will be the wings there are no fit issues to the assebly of the tail feathers the horizonal stabilizer has its spart that preotrudes throught the stabilizer root at the fuselage. Letting the fuselage unit dry and later i will do some color touch up. The photos below will show you the installation of the tailwheel and satabilizer. The wingspar is exact like the stabilizer spar it preotrudes through the wingroot. The spar is backed and drying for it to be cutted out from the backing material. Here are the photos.
