It was an extreme pleasure to see this plane come up from the hand drawn formers, and all of the different techniques you tried. It was just an excellent experience and thank you for sharing the experience and pictures.

If anyone is interested in more info on the DC-5, this was posted on Wings of Peace this morning:
"There is an excellent bi-monthly French magazine called Air Magazine. It is not of much interest to us, as it is almost totally focussed on military aviation, but the latest issue contains an 18-page article on the DC-5. This is the most detailed piece on the most obscure of the DC series I've yet seen, and comes with a good plan to 1/125 scale and quite a number of colour illustrations, both photos and profiles. The text is, of course, in French, but can be read fairly easily by anyone with a smattering of the language and a dictionary. There is a resin kit of the DC-5 by CMR. It's probably of good quality, but at around £60 it will have to stay where it is as far as I'm concerned!"
