I know there are some here that won't see this update, so I figured I'd copy it over here.

Dear All,

I am sorry it is so long since I posted a thread, but to those who know, our plans and business have been much affected by Terry's cancer treatment and major surgery in the last 18 months, but at least the aspects of that are behind us at this point.
After five years of hard work we are pleased to announce the 25 airplanes we will be DEFINITELY releasing before the end of the year. This is NOT a wish list with all these designs pretty much complete.

It has been a fascinating process determining what models to create as a collection to release, and we have another dozen or so designs at near-completion that we will be bringing out subsequently. So you will be looking at around forty different designs at very least. As well we will be releasing 1/72 models of Croydon Airport, Wichita

We haven't had time to overhaul the website but check it out anyway<http://byairclassique.com/> There will be lots happening there soon...

I attach some progress images of recent work.

Regards and best wishes to you all...

Rosie and Terry

This is great news! I purchased a number of aviation post cards from Contour Creative/Air Classique over the years and had been looking forward to the line of Golden Age passenger aircraft. I knew that the project was on hold due to Terry's illness and am happy to hear that he is on the mend and the airplane project is back on.

Thanks for passing this on, Dan.

Yeah, that was posted over on the Zealot site. There is more information there.

Honestly, I REALLY don't like the trend over at Zealot. I could handle it when there was the Cardmodels.net division, where you didn't always see the railroad stuff, but now...

Ryan,

You know, in the cp, you can select which forums to hide/exclude? Then,
all you see, most of the time, is the cardmodel forums.

Beautiful models from the largely neglected between-the-wars era. I'm looking forward to them, despite the arthritis-challenging scale....

Hi Bill and others..Thanks for the interest in our designs..We have about fifty subjects well advanced and design other airplane things as well...I'll put some things in the image gallery when I can figure out what to do...A huge hole in the 'Golden Age' of aviation that we are trying to fill...buildings, aeroplanes, vehicles and figures. Sort of a perpetual Golden Age aircraft 'play set' if you like in 1/72... http://www.byairclassique.com

That looks great! Can't wait to see some of the models, I was working on some planes of the same era with fg, and hope to do more in the future. Nice to see some of these planes especially (good spot Dan)

I'm very glad to see that you are monitoring this forum, Terry and Rosie! It looks like a real treasure chest of wonderful models coming our way.
