Curtiss Robin from FIddlers Green in 1/100 scale
Well friends! Here's my last model on the scale 1 / 100, it is the Curtiss Robin, a small private aircraft of the 30's. This model in particular was flown by an aviation legend by chance: Douglas "Wrong Way" Corrigan, who crossed the Atlantic Ocean by a navigation mistake of coming out of New York in 1938 and eighteen hours after going up in Dublin in Ireland.
The very simple model to be done is the Fiddlers Green, recommend for beginners. As always reduce the scale 1 / 32 (which is a scale model of "large") for my usual scale 1 / 100. Last edited by gomidefilho; 09-06-2008 at 09:52 AM. |
