This one is much simpler, and from 2011 too.

This is what I have done so far. I got the prints from a photo shop and the shiny look of the real photographic paper is devastating. Yet, it is hard to glue without scraping off the top layer of the photo if you have to glue on the surface. If you glue at the back of the paper, you'll have to peel off a thin protective layer at the back as well. The plane you see is in 1/100 as it is a test build on photographic paper.

Just finished the Tiger Meet 2011 livery on Mirage III but at the scale of 1/100. Building it with photoprints is really fantastic as the end result is extremely impressive. The smaller version at 1/200 contained in one 4R photo is waiting to be done but really need to have a break. The last pic shows the two Mirages Tiger Meet in two different scales and for comparison of sizes. In fact Mirage 2000 should be used but as I have started on Mirage III, I simply stay on. Credits must go to cafe for his re-drawn Mirage template that he has generously offered and also to Chiawat for his original design. Enough said, just go to the pics.

This is awsesome!

Photo paper might be difficult to work with but the end result is worth it. Simply superb !

(nitpicking : this Mirage is not an edit of Chaiwat's Mirage III or Kfir but his models were a huge influence... as well as Paragon's F-104 )

Thanks, guys. Sorry, cafe, I got it wrong, so it is your own design. My salutation. If I offer it free, would you like to try building it?

Yes, I'd like to build it. The only problem is the printer : I bought a new one today but it doesn't want to print. I don't know why.

I'll save it on photo 4R format, so that you can either print it normally or take it to a photoprint shop for prints. That's what I did and you know why I made the 1/100 version. Because printshops here charge very high to do just one print but normal for 10 or more, thus I made the larger version. It took 6 4R prints to cover the 1/100 version. After making some minor adjustments, I'll post it here for download.
