Fiddlers Green Bf 109

Hi all. Here is a picture of a 109 in a little diorama I have been working on. A more complete build thread is over on the FG forums:

Fiddlers Green :: View topic - Tim's latest builds

I would cut and paste the thread and pictures over to here...but I am too lazy!

It starts about halfway down page 18 and continues.

What do ya think?

Nicely done! I have often thought about making a crash diorama, but these days just making something is difficult. 8v)

Anyway, well done.

Not too shabby, here are some pics of an actual 109 crash.

Me 109 - D-FWME - eine fliegende Legende

The aircraft had visited our museum a few weeks before, and I had the chance to sit in the cockpit, which was a very tight fit even without the breech of the 20mm cannon (too much good German beer over the years I guess...).

That had to hurt. It's sad to lose a nice aircraft like that.:(
