Halinski 1/2006 P-47-D25 Thunderbolt
Hi Folks!
After being quiet for some time, and after the stoped Hind-project, I finally managed to finish some other project... Not much to say, save from that the build was extrem fun due to excellent fit and sophisticated construction... Cheers, Tom |

... somehow I could lay hands on original footage of this bird...
It seems only Gabreski was a little shy the day those pictures were taken... |

Brilliant work... very crisp cut lines and the canopy is really well done!

The propeller has rotating blades - and in your model it almost look like they will swing for maximum power or best cruise economy

Looks nice, that is a great model. Did you purchase the canopy to go with it?

Thanks guys for the all the comments!
@birder: yes, I purchased the vacuformed canopy also from Halinski. Really good fit. Before attaching, I polished it a little with a towel you use for glasses. Gives a really good shine! Also the blasttubes for the cal.50s are preturned from the polish distributor Master-Model. tough in 1/32 sclae, the fit quite well after some small adjustments to the wing... Cheers! |

Hello Thomas,
coming out nicely, the Jugg - a good example for 'if you have the power - everything can fly ...' With lovely greetings the Wilfried |
