Custom Winter Camouflage ME-109

After a bad day at school, I had an "AHA!" moment. So I broke out the makers and an ME-109 B&W Version from my uncle's old stack of To-Do models. An hour and a half later, I finished with a winter-style camouflaged ME-109! All I had to use was black, so I could save the others for later, but it still looks great. I plan on starting it tonight, but we'll see how things go. Anyway, here's what it looks like.

Jarrod,
Spacemen1969

P.S. Remember, this was all done by hand with markers.

Wow, awesome! I have no ability with markers, I need a computer for color! But you have done great! I will be watching for the build pics!

By the way, this is one of my all time faverate models, the Fiddlers Green ME-109. I have built them in everything from the "large" version to rescaled 1/50 to itty bitty note cards. It is fun! Oh, and the large scale one can actually fly if weighted. They even survive a number of crashes by a then six year old!

Thanks guys! I finished the fuselage, and starting the wings, but I can't post pictures till tomorrow. My camera's battery died, and it takes forever to recharge, so expect them tomorrow.

Neatly done Jarod, my friend.
A Winter camo is not as easy to reproduce as the observer might think, be it in armour or aircraft.

I certainly like the look of what you have achieved here with your Bf 109.

Kind and Respectful Regards, Uyraell.

Finished Product

Here's the finished ME-109. Sorry I couldn't post pictures yesterday, but I had to stay after school for make-up work. But anyway, I fixed up some of the camo on the model after finishing it, so it would look better. I think it looks really cool. Here it is

Very nicely achieved Jarrod.

You've taken what could have been a plain-looking model and produced a very decently marked/camouflaged example.

I particularly like the patterning you've employed.

Kind and Respectful Regards Jarrod, Uyraell.

Thanks Uyraell! I've got one more B&W ME-109 and stumped on ideas. Anyone got a good idea of what I could color it?
