SABA HVA Jet 20

dear cutters and gluers,

two weeks ago I got the model from H.V.A. Jet 20 - SABA #1 - SABA Modellbau seit 2011 (it's free but you have to request it from the publisher). the kit is GELI style - a style with which every austrian boy is familiar with . the formers have to be glued on 0.5mm card board. I used a silver coated 130g paper. for edge coloring I had a silver paint stick. after printing on a HP1100 I had to wait a few days to have the ink dry enough. I covered the entire model with a mat varnish which changed the look into aluminum finish.

enjoy the pictures as I enjoyed the built

I don't know which paper rkelterer used, but I used this on my Su-30 for all metallic surfaces.

@ponytail

I bought the paper at boesner (boesner Gro- und Fachhandel fr Knstlerbedarf) "Tinted drawing papier 130 g/qm DIN A4" EUR 19 per 100 sheets

@oberfreak

as far as I can see the paper seems very similar

with the best wishes from austria

Yes, but be careful with colored areas, when the saturation is too high, the paper cant suck in the ink fast enough. And you should let it dry a day or so, to be sure.
