Answer-ModelArt's Fiat Cr42 Falco @ 1:33

Hello everybody!

I've just completed Answer-ModelArt's kit of the Italian Fighter Fiat Cr42 Falco. First of all I want to thank Coyle for posting his own building log at this same site, as it was key for successfully overcoming most of the design bugs in the kit.
Also I must ask for your forgiveness for not posting my own log here, unfortunately I could only aford time to keep a scarce log at the Spanish site: http://maquetasenpapel.mforos.com/1195019/10414684-fiat-cr42-falco-de-answer-modelart-a-1-33-terminado/
It's not a Halinski, but it's a great kit anyway. It has the usual minor bugs, but the final result, as Coyle already showed all of us, is impressive; after all it was his photos of the completed model that encouraged me to build mine!

Very attractive model. A nice, clean build.

Well, I am very pleased that you were inspired by my work! It seems to be the way things work for this particular model, since I, in my turn, was inspired by another build of the same model. It is indeed an impressive aircraft, and you did great work on it! I see you also have some skill at painting figurines -- those add a nice touch to the display.

Regards,

I like your work on the engine. You can display that separatly as it is detailed and is a stand alone work of art as well.

Also, I got a kick out of seeing the pilot in short pants. Like he is out for a quick strol in the sky.

Your detail blog on the Spanish language forum is impressive.

Congratulations

Isaac

It looks great all over, but the engine really stands out.
