thanks fellas for your replies to my old shaky the Globemaster was a loud airplane indeed, you can always tell when they are flying high in the stratisphere, with the sound of a loud hum the globemaster was powered by four wright cyclone 2800 hp radial engines giving this beast plenty of power, they indeed are a forgotton aircraft a savior of the niffty 50,s. thanks fellas for all your replies this model has got more attention now then last 40 plus years.
