Thanks all for your kind words.

Work continues in this seabird. Slowly, but always advancing.

Dry-fitting the vertical stabilizer. Fits perfect.
Still needs some additional details, but they will come later.

The cabane struts are installed, details will be finished once the wing is in place (much later).

The generator was also installed.

I improvised the wire with a very thin strip of paper colored black.
The wire can be seen clearly in some scenes, so I thought it would be a nice touch to add it.

Windshield is also installed.
Sadly, the gunsight got crooked :( I'll try to fix it as much as possible later on.

Thanks for reading!

Works continues on the Savoia with the installation of the stabilizers.

Control surfaces received the usual treatment to simulate ribs.

I believe I'm about 50%-60% into the build.

Now work can begin on the massive wing.

The wing has been finished and installed. With 17.25 inches (44 cm), is not an easy assembly. But is done

Floats also installed.

Not perfect, but certainly much better than the first attempt.

Silver embroidery thread was used for the rigging.

A new coat of clear spray was applied. The previous one was too shiny.

I found another that I liked better, with a satin sheen. It gives a finish more pleasant to the eye.

Now the only thing left to do is the engine. It is a small model in itself. But it'll be fun.

Very well done Ruben. If this is any indication the engine should be spectacular.
