Congratulations

Thank you very much for your kind words.

But you know that to get a good model, you start with a good design.
And Allen designed this kit beautifully! That helps a lot to get a very nice result.
Patience, experience, and some tricks also help

Now...

The engine is almost done.

In the picture you see the current state of the build, and the very few parts that still need to be cut to finish the model.

I have the feeling that if nothing unusual happens, this may be completed before new years'.

Thanks for reading

Yes, the engine is done...

Here's the bottom of it, that will hardly be seen once it's mounted on the wing.

And yes, the plane is finished.

But I'm building the trolley too...

Looking great Ruben. Do you have a pic of the complete engine, mounted?

Thank you Elliott!

Not yet, I haven't taking photos of the plane. But soon I will
(As soon as I finish the trolley.)

Here they go!

At first I thought on painting the interior of the exhaust tubes, but in the end
I deliberately let them unpainted, just to let the raw paper be seen.

I finished the trolley.

But this is not finished yet. I'll attempt to build miss Fio Piccolo too.

Thanks for reading!

Thank you very much for your kind words.

The engine was challenging. But well worth the effort!

Everything that challenges you is useful to improve yourself.

Now.... Fio's bags are finished...

And Fio Piccolo herself is also finished

But I'll wait until tomorrow morning to take some final photos with good light of the whole model and accessories.

Thanks for reading!
