I stand corrected, I haven't used the search engine for a while. I've just done several searches on the forums for subjects that I know exist and NOTHING, ZERO, NADA........

THE SEARCH ENGINE IS A JOKE. Has anybody had any luck with it lately?

I opened my big mouth when I should have kept quiet........I apologize to one and all for my useless suggestions.

Who needs to be contacted about getting it to work again?

The only "old" X-15 kit I'm aware of in 1/48th was the Aurora kit. If you can find them today, they are quite pricey. But that's the first model of the X-15 I built, as a kid, and man, I played with that thing day and night....

One of the kits will show up from time to time at oldmodelkits.com.

now that I think back it was probably 72nd scale, it was a monogram kit for sure.

I know several years ago, FineScale Modeler published an article on converting the Revellogram X-15A-2 into the first and shorter X-15. In theory, you could do that to Ken's model, except there are issues with the markings and I don't have the technical know-how to do the necessary repainting. Ken is such a fine and talented designer and I figured I'd let him do the heavy lifting, design-wise. But he has many things on his plate.

Speaking of FSM, weren't they supposed to be publishing an article on card modeling somewhere along the line?
