Makes me think of starting this kit some day soon, too. I always add and add detail on my kits but this one already is so very detailed it should be enough to build this one "out of the box", so to say.
You mean out of the printer..:roll eyes: Ecardmodels don't come in boxes, and yes, it's that good

Hum, Tsja... Well that's why I put it between quote marks, Billy. If all these paper models would have come in boxes, I would not be able to enter my hobby room.

it's been a little while since i posted any updates. lately i've only had time to tinker really. i now have the jettison tubes done and threw together a dolly ( maybe we can talk Ken into designing one to go with this awesome model ) scratch style. not too bad for a rush job. camera battery died while uploading, so more pics soon.

np Billy, got the batts on charge now. it's strange that there is little info about this equipment. from the ref pics i've found there were at least two of these dollies and they are both different in little ways like they were simply fabricated from a sketch of what they needed it to do. the only pics that i relied on where the prime portal walk-around photos. 66671 is on display sitting in one.i thought it would be fun to try to make one considering almost every ground shot of the plane has it. i'll post pics shortly of the scratch build. I plan on coming back to it when i have the time to model/texture/unfold it.

here are some more. we need to see if we can persuade Ken into designing a dolly that looks more appropriate under this thing than my scratch built monstrosity I'm rather anxious to get started on my uh-1b so i'll try to do a proper build thread on that one. I don't think I saw one for that helo on here.

Fine-looking build!

Not to sound like a broken record, but I'm still waiting for a model of 66670....
