Coming along quite nicely...I admire your work...I always have problems with curved surfaces matching up just right, but you obviously do not.

More pictures, probably the last set for today. I ran into two issues today, one on joint between the 3rd and 2nd to last fuselage joint, and then somehow I managed to put a slight twist in the rear part of the rudder. Neither mistake is blaring, but still there :/

as it sits now, about 21" long. A basic overview of what is left: Wings, likely with the wing-fold mechanism installed (I don't have the room for the option of not including it), air intakes, horizontal stabilizers, front and rear landing gears, and vertical tail. Also, the arresting hook needs to be build and installed, I have the bay already in the rear fuselage, and various small fuselage parts and pylons/armaments. I will be leaving two weeks from today, so it would seem at the moment that I am running on a decent schedule :D

Say, those fuselage segments must have been monsters to join (?) I mean,
you made it look effortless, but the F-4 I was working did not hesitate to slap
me in the face with such odd formers.

it actually wasn't too bad. The sections had joiner strips, so it was pretty simple, forming the piece and gluing it around the bulkhead, then going onto the next piece
