Thank you guys for visiting.
Mike, you can be just as good by building more and more. I remember when I first started with Ojimak's flyable plane, it took me two days just to glue up the fuselage. So they say practice makes perfect and I learn from watching other members' works on this forum.

Papermate—I think I learn a lot from your comments, the high quality of your photography, and the annotations you include on some of your pictures. Working on the Yellow Peril with your pictures and commentary close at hand. I appreciate your fundamental counsel to be patient.

Still a beginner.

Ditto-pictures say a thousand words (especially for beginners) and yours+commentary are very good way of comparing techniques.

Very nice Mitchell, Papermate.
And of course, well designed, Murph.

Why do I have the feeling I'm repeating myself ...

Murph's Model - North American B-25 Mitchell Maid in the Shade

The Maid in the Shade is now ready. This model plane has no formers and you have to check the shape of the fuselage with the cross-section diagram provided to make sure that it has a boxy shape. Other than that, it's not too difficult even for the beginner. If you build it in the original scale of 1/40, the model will be twice as big as shown in the photos. OK, pictures are better than words and here they are.

That is just phenomenal. Is there a reason the top turrets are darker than the other transparancies?
