Fiddler's Green Free Models
I just discovered the Fiddler's Green website and downloaded my three free models. I noticed that only the PDF files in the main folders of the Sopwith and DVII will open and all the files in the other folders won't open and say they are corrupted. Is this because the model was free?

Try to download them again.... I';ve never had trouble with FG models, free or not.

Thanks, I tried that but I'm still running into the same problem.

May I suggest emailing fiddlers green and describing your problem. It might take a while to get a replacement though due to what has happened there recently with the death of Chip, but his son is taking over the business. He will need some time to sort through everything.

Which folders are you trying to open?
I am using a Windows computer....and every model I get from FG I also get a folder called "__MACOSX" which is compatible only with Apple computers. I delete those folders. If that's them, then you don't need to open those. |

So that's what a MACOSX file is. Thanks.

If it is, good...all things worked out.
I tried opening one of those Mac files and I also got an error saying the file was corrupt. |

A little explanation about those __MACOSX files/folders.
