Thanks all for the kind comments. The construction was a real pleasure - so thanks to Contour Creative. Have started the Junkers A 20 mailplane, and will try to capture some of the quirky internal structural bits that make these models so strong.

BTW. The instructions suggest finishing the model off with a coat of acrylic. I am unclear as to just what that might be. Not Future floor wax, I think. Any suggestions - is that clear dope?

Rob, I think that any of the Krylon clear acrylic sprays would be appropriate. I use the UV resistant version to keep the colors from fading.
